Refund Policy

Return policies regarding our bespoke handmade accessories and custom clothes.

Because each of our hair accessories, bows, headbands, and clothing is custom-made or handmade to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing selection. We encourage you to review sizing descriptions carefully before buying.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

We check all items carefully before packing and shipping. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

To report a faulty or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Provide clear photos showing the fault or damage.

2. Custom Order Cancellations

Since custom pieces go into physical production shortly after payment is received, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Once fabric cutting or crafting has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method (Stripe card payment) or sent via bank transfer for COD orders. Online credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
