Welcome to Bowtime. By accessing our website and purchasing our handmade products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom & Handmade Nature

All of our hair accessories, bows, and custom apparel are handmade to order. Because of this handmade craftsmanship:

• Subtle differences in pattern alignment, shape, or dimensions may occur. These are not considered product defects.
• Actual fabric colors may vary slightly from the screen resolution representations.

2. Processing Times

Because each product is carefully handmade, standard processing time is 2 to 4 business days before delivery. During busy periods, holidays, or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will keep you updated.

3. Safety Disclaimer

While all items are constructed securely using kid-friendly materials, hair bows, bands, clips, and small apparel details can contain small elements that present a potential choking hazard. Children must not be left unattended while wearing Bowtime hair accessories. Accessories must be removed when children are sleeping.

4. Payment & Orders

We accept online credit/debit card payments via Stripe and Cash on Delivery (COD) across the United Arab Emirates. All pricing is displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, imagery, and product titles featured on bowtime.me are the intellectual property of Bowtime and its partners (Art'n Glow). Reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited unless authorized.
